A smoothie bowl is a great way to begin any morning and this Avocado Green Smoothie Bowl is extra special.  Avocados make smoothies extra rich and creamy and my avocado smoothie recipe is simply scrumptious.  But this Avocado Green Smoothie Bowl is a delicious, thick smoothie perfect to eat with a spoon, not a straw and I am sharing my recipe with you today!  It is a perfect way to sneak in some extra fruits and vegetables in your day too!

Plus avocados make a smoothie so rich and creamy and smooth so it makes a really amazing smoothie.  Adding an avocado to your smoothie is such a good thing!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe Avocado (peeled and pitted)
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup Kale
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 cup Ice

Topping suggestions:

  • Hemp Seeds
  • Blueberries
  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Coconut Flakes
  • Chia Seeds

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
