Plus avocados make a smoothie so rich and creamy and smooth so it makes a really amazing smoothie. Adding an avocado to your smoothie is such a good thing!
What blender is best for smoothies and milkshakes?
There are many blenders you can use for making smoothies, milkshakes and frozen drinks, but I personally own the Vitamix 780 and think it is simply the best. Avocado Green Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe Avocado (peeled and pitted)
- 1 frozen Banana
- ½ cup Pineapple (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup Kale
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- ½ cup Ice
Topping suggestions:
- Hemp Seeds
- Blueberries
- Sunflower Seeds
- Coconut Flakes
- Chia Seeds
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.
- Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
