This healthy pumpkin smoothie recipe is made with pumpkin, honey, vanilla, spice and a banana and will make all your pumpkin spice dreams come true!

  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Banana frozen if possible
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk or prefered milk
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • Ice if needed
  • Pumpkin Seeds optional
  1. Place all ingredients in your blender.
  2. Blend on high until thoroughly combined.
  3. Add ice and blend until smooth if needed for temperature and consistency (ice can thicken your smoothie up a bit and make it cold).
  4. Pour into a glass.
  5. Top with pumpkin seeds if desired and a dash of cinnamon.

  6. Enjoy cold!
