This green apple smoothie bowl has apples, oatmeal, a handful of spinach, a banana, yogurt and spices and is the perfect, delicious breakfast smoothie.

  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened All-Natural Applesauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Oatmeal
  • A handful of fresh Spinach
  • 1 Banana frozen is best
  • 1 5.4 oz container of Vanilla Yogurt, Greek Style prefered
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pie Spice
  • Toppings I used peanuts and cinnamon
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend for several minutes until thoroughly blended.
  3. Pour into a bowl.
  4. Add preferred toppings.
  5. Enjoy immediately!
