½cupUnsweetened All-Natural Applesauce
2TablespoonsOatmeal
A handful of fresh Spinach
1Bananafrozen is best
1 5.4 oz container of Vanilla Yogurt, Greek Style prefered
½teaspoonPie Spice
ToppingsI used peanuts and cinnamon
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend for several minutes until thoroughly blended.
