This Green Sweet Potato Smoothie has the rich flavors of sweet potato and mango with a dash of cinnamon that tastes just like fall!

Ingredients
½Sweet Potatocooked, peel off
1cupMangofrozen
1Banana
2handfuls of Spinach
1cupCoconut Milk
½teaspoonCinnamon
Iceif needed
Chia Seedsoptional
Fresh Mango Slicesoptional
Instructions
You will want to begin by cooking your sweet potato. I like to use a fork to puncture the skin a few times and then put it in my microwave for about 5 minutes or until it is fork tender.
After your sweet potato is cooked, the peel will come off easily.
Place ½ sweet potato and all of the other ingredients in your blender.
Blend on high until thoroughly combined.
Add ice and blend until smooth if needed for temperature and consistency (ice can thicken your smoothie bowl up a bit and make it cold).
Pour it into a glass.
Top with chia seeds and fresh mango slices if desired.
