Ingredients
  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple
  • ½ cup Spinach
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • ½ cup Ice
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in the blender of your choice and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes

Creating smoothies with avocado are a great way to add extra healthy fat and nutrients into your daily diet and as a bonus, avocados in smoothies create a very creamy texture!  Be sure to choose a ripe (but not too over ripe) avocado for the best smoothie possible!  

If you don't have a frozen banana, use a fresh one and add a bit more ice to your smoothie.

You can also stretch this smoothie out a bit by adding more milk and ice to your recipe.
