This delicious Avocado Smoothie is so creamy and delicious and is the perfect way to sneak some extra healthy foods into a yummy smoothie.

Ingredients
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1 Avocado
  • ½ cup Spinach
  • 5 oz. Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Ice
Instructions
  1. Place spinach, banana, yogurt, avocado, honey, milk and ice in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy this delicious treat!

I made this to serve 1, but you can stretch it to serve more by adding more milk and more ice.
