This strawberry blueberry smoothie bowl is the perfect healthy breakfast idea!  It can be made in a few minutes and eaten at home or on the go.

Ingredients
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Strawberries frozen
  • 1 cup Blueberries frozen
  • 1 container Vanilla Yogurt
  • ¼ cup Blueberry Juice
  • Toppings coconut flakes, hemp hearts, chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients except for the toppings into your blender.
  2. Blend on high until thoroughly combined and smooth.  Do not over mix though as it can make the mixture runny.
  3. Pour into a bowl.
  4. Add the toppings you desire on top and eat with a spoon!
