  • 1 ripe Avocado peeled and pitted
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup Kale
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 cup Ice

Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.
